Data Protection Corporate Statement
The Court of Justice of the European Union (EU) recently issued a judgment declaring the European Commission’s Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of 12 July 2016 on the adequacy of the protection provided by the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield as invalid.
Although the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield agreement has been struck down, Anju Software is committed to continuing to make compliance to Privacy Law and Data Protection a priority. Anju has robust policies and mechanisms in place to safeguard the data of its user community and employees. As the Standard Contractual Clauses remain a valid mechanism for data transfers from the EU to the U.S., any customer wishing to enter into the Standard Contractual Clauses is encouraged to do so by emailing us at dataprotection@anjusoftware.com
Likewise, as data hosted in the European Union does not leave the EU, customers wishing to host their data in the EU have the option to do so through our hosted services in the EU.
