Anju Software Inc., a life sciences software platform backed by Providence Equity Partners, has acquired Antwerp-based MDCPartners, a company that specializes in business intelligence data solutions for clinical trial optimization, medical expert identification and competitive intelligence.

This acquisition strengthens Anju’s current product portfolio and can now provide up-to-date comprehensive data for Medical Expert Engagement and Clinical Trial Optimization. MDC, which is based in Belgium, also provides us with operations in Europe to better service our global customers,” said Mr. Kurien Jacob, CEO of Anju Software.
