Anju was founded to consolidate “best of breed” software solutions and provide an integrated life sciences software platform to pharma, biotech, medical device and CRO companies. Anju offers a family of products that enhance the value of the acquired company offerings.

Anju is a portfolio company of Providence Strategic Growth Fund which is a part of Providence Equity Partners. Providence is a premier, global asset management firm with $50 billion in assets under management across complementary private equity and credit businesses. Providence pioneered a sector focused approach to private equity investing with the vision that a dedicated team of industry experts could build exceptional companies of enduring value.

Anju Software aims to grow organically and through strategic acquisitions. Organic growth plans include increasing the footprint within existing customers by offering incremental solutions based on customer requirements as well as traditional go to market strategies for acquiring new customers. For acquisitions, the focus is on companies that have market acceptance for their products and have demonstrated its value to an existing customer base. Profitability is not a major decision factor for Anju. Both strategies require Anju to provide exceptional customer service and value for its customers post acquisition.

Anju Product Offerings

These include, Anju BUS (Software to provide integration to third party products.
